1. Service description

NoExplain is a software product that generates structured business context files ("Business Brain") from information you provide, including your business name, website URL, and description. These files are designed to give AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, and others) accurate context about your business.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
  • One person or entity per account. Shared accounts are not permitted.

3. Website access and content

By submitting a website URL, you represent that you have the right to authorize NoExplain to access and analyze the publicly available content on that website for the purpose of generating your Business Brain files. You must not submit URLs for websites you do not own or have authorization to use in this way.

4. Generated content

  • Business Brain files are generated by AI based on your inputs and publicly available website content.
  • You own the generated files and may use them for any lawful purpose.
  • Generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before use.
  • NoExplain does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of generated content for any particular purpose.

5. Plans and payments

  • Free plan: One business, limited file access. No payment required.
  • Paid plans: Billed via Stripe on a recurring basis as described on the pricing page.
  • You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to generate content for illegal purposes.
  • Submit fraudulent business information or impersonate another business.
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, access controls, or security measures.
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization.
  • Use automated tools to submit bulk requests beyond normal product usage.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep NoExplain available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service depends on third-party providers (Anthropic, Supabase, Vercel, Stripe) and may be affected by their availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party outages.

8. Limitation of liability

NoExplain is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
